Meet Our Staff...

Dodds Monuments has a staff of eighteen people at the home office and plant in Xenia. Some are fairly new to Dodds, most have been employed for longer than five years including those who have been employed for over ten years. One employee, Henry Stephens, has been at Dodds for over 35 years.
Dodds is proud to be a family run business, and the atmosphere is family oriented. It's just not the Fogarty family behind the scenes at Dodds. Mark Arthur and his brother Tim are employed at Dodds. Also, Dan Hafer's wife Diana steps in from time to time to assist the CAD operators on customer approvals. The following photographs will introduce you to all the employees at Dodds Monuments.
Eric
Fogarty (left in photo) is the Owner and President of Dodds Monuments. He
purchased the company in 1984. His son Neil Fogarty (pictured on the right
of photo) has been the Exec. Vice President, since 1995.
The office staff from left to right:
Maureen Atkinson (Eric's sister), Office
Manager and Expeditor, and webmaster of this s
ite, helps oversee corporate operations. Ann
Leighly is our secretary. Ann Anders, handles all the receivable accounts,
and Cheryl Hohman, (not pictured) does all our accounts
payable.
This
is Larry Morrison, Vice Pres. Operations and Sales Manager. If you visit
our Xenia Showroom, Larry will be the person who would help you. Larry is
brother-in-law to Eric and has been with Dodds for twenty years.
Larry's son Mike is one of our CAD operators.
Calvin Fike was hired in 2003 as our Operations Manager and has become a great asset to Dodds Monuments. Calvin oversees all shop operations including sandblasting and deliveries.
Tim
Arthur (left) and Mike Morrison (right) are our CAD operators. Once an order is
placed,
it goes to our computer room and 
the
CAD operators create the design on the
computer. Once completed, it is sent to the family who purchased the memorial
for approval. The family either approves the design, or may submit
changes. Nothing is sandblasted until we get the consent of the
family.

Henry Stephens (right) is head of Materials
Management. Henry has seen many changes as well as tremendous business
growth in the over 35 years of his employment.
Pictured from left to right are 
Kirk
Roades and Mark Arthur. These men are our layout crew. Kirk has been with
Dodds for nineteen years, and Mark nine years.
Vern
Sutton (left) is brother-in-law to Eric. He is in charge of all deliveries to
the cemeteries. Vern has been with Dodds for over ten years. Russell
Neal (right) is Ron Neal's son, and works with Vern on the setting truck.
Russell has been an employee for four years.
