To my knowledge, there is no other memorial company in the United States, other than Dodds Monuments, which offers a money back guarantee. Here is how the offer works. When you purchase your memorial from Dodds, we enter into a partnership. You are giving us ideas of what you want and we are doing our utmost to provide those for you. Over the years we have established policies and procedures to eliminate potential problems that could possibly occur. We provide you with a scale computer drawing of your memorial where you proof the design, names and dates before it is engraved. In some cases we will even suggest for you to visit our shop in Xenia to meet directly with the artist involved and approve the artwork in person. After your memorial is placed, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will meet with you and go over your order completely; together we will identify the concern. We will take the necessary measures until you are completely satisfied. If we can not achieve your complete satisfaction within six months, we will pick up the memorial and refund the cost of the memorial to you, in full.
